We had an incredible experience with All Miami Party Rental for the grand reopening event of Mangrove Health! Their team provided exceptional service from beginning to end and played a huge part in helping make our event a success. The staff was professional, friendly, responsive, and truly accommodating throughout the entire process. We especially appreciated their flexibility and willingness to work with us through several changes that were made to our original order. Their patience, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction made the planning process so much easier. Everything was delivered and set up seamlessly, and the quality of the rentals exceeded our expectations. All Miami Party Rental – Honest Consumer Review I decided to rent from this company because of their price transparency and a recommendation from another Miami mom. Unfortunately, after my experience dealing with the owner, Xavier, I will never rent from them again. I was informed via text that my units would be delivered on Friday and that their route manager would contact me to coordinate delivery. That never happened. I had to text the office multiple times Friday afternoon just to get an update and to have someone reach out to me. After following up repeatedly, I was told that my unit had mistakenly been given to another customer and that my order would instead be delivered by 11 AM on Saturday. My child’s party was scheduled to start at 12 PM, so this timing was extremely stressful. I had to speak with the owner, Xavier, several times to push for an earlier delivery, and he eventually agreed to come at 9 AM Saturday. When I explained that I did not feel comfortable with how the situation had been handled, his response was: “IT’S NOT MY JOB TO MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD. I’M NOT YOUR THERAPIST.” Mistakes can happen in any business, but professionalism and customer service matter. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled — both operationally and in terms of communication — was extremely disappointing. I do want to point out that the delivery staff were very nice and the units were delivered worked as intended. When I told one of the delivery workers what Xavier had said to me, he immediately apologized and expressed that Xavier was the owner and a good person. I responded that a good person does not treat a pregnant woman this way, especially after I had expressed that to them from the beginning. Because of this experience, I will not be using All Miami Party Rental again, and I would encourage other customers to carefully consider their options when choosing a party rental company.

I used All Miami for backdrop decorations and bounce house. Decorations came out beautiful and exactly how I pictured the decorator really delivered! We were very happy and any problem we had Savior was on it! The kids had a blast!

I had such an amazing experience from start to finish! From the very first phone call for pricing and scheduling all the way through my daughter’s birthday party, everything was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The team was incredibly straightforward, communicative, and most importantly, punctual. We rented a bounce house, had Princess Aurora — my daughter’s favorite — and also booked a face painter named Kathy, who was absolutely wonderful. Not only was she so kind and great with the kids, but her face painting skills were truly amazing! The gentleman who delivered the bounce house was also extremely patient and friendly, especially while the kids were still enjoying it when it was time for pickup. Overall, this was such a pleasurable experience, and I will definitely be using this company again in the future. I’ll also be recommending them to all my friends and family!
