If you are shopping for a bounce house, book here! Could not have had a better experience! I called several places looking for a house and she was the only one I called that was friendly and helpful. Any time I had a question she was easy for get a hold of and helpful! Bounce house felt clean and well maintained. They came out and set everything up and took it down and it was all a stress free and pleasant experience as the owner is very sweet. I will definitely be booking from her again in the future!

I want to say thank you to Ashley for assisting me and my family last minute literally we booked with her on Friday night for an event the next day and she saved the day. She reached out multiple times making sure everything worked out and we enjoyed the bounce house rental. This small business has amazing customer service and truly cares that they take care of their customers. I say this because we rented a jump house, unknowing to All About that Bounce, the party prior to us returned the jump house in poor condition with dried up silly string covering the inside of the jump house. When they set it up at our party, this is when the poor condition and cleanliness of the jump house came to light. The employees did their best to clean the inside for the next hour, and it was a task that would need much more time then they had. Needless to say the jump house was not used by any of the guests at our party because of the condition. All about that bounce was extremely apologetic, refunded our money, and also offered to provide a jump house for any future event we have free of charge. Everyone makes mistakes, we are human, but the reaction to mistakes that were made show how awesome this small business is and for that reason we will definitely recommend this business to our friends and will also be future customers. Because of their actions to a mistake and awesome customer service, we believe they have earned 5 stars. Thank you again for the amazing customer service, which is something that is priceless in this day and age.

I had a great experience renting the classic bounce castle from All About That Bounce! They were really accommodating and the castle itself was of great quality. It was the hit of my son’s first birthday party with his older cousins and friends.
