A Special Event Rental handled a large-scale event for 500 and they were tremendous! Their communication, responsiveness, flexibility all while providing a great quality product and service were all wonderful! We can't wait to use them for our next event!

My granddaughter was just married and these people made her special day so wonderful. The set up was gorgeous. The guests gave us so many compliments. I would highly recommend them for any event. They are definitely a huge asset to our community.

We rented a number of items from them for our wedding and we will never use them again. We spoke with them on multiple occasions both over the phone and in person to go over details and what items needed to go to what venue since the ceremony and reception were at different locations. We rented a tent for the ceremony as well, since it was outdoors and we wanted it just in case it rained. Every time we spoke with the lady, she would have to get back with us because she apparently does not know anything pertaining on how things are done there so would have to speak with the guy. The week of the wedding we called them for final details on drop off and pick up times and we were told that the items for the reception were not shown as needing to be delivered to a different location even though we had told them this several times and paid for delivery and set up already. They then informed us that they would either have to charge us another delivery fee or we could pick them up and set it up ourselves. The day of the wedding they were not only late to set up for the ceremony but the additional items we ordered for the arch was not included and the microphone and speaker were set up but was not tested and did not even work. We had to call them back and inform them that we were missing items and that the mic and speaker did not work, in which they informed us they rented out our arch items to someone else so we had to use other decorations for it. They also charged us full price ($800) for the tent even though we informed them they day before that we would not need it and no one had to set it up. Considering all of the mishaps and issues they gave us, you would think we could have at least received a partial refund for the tent that was not even used but they seem to only care about money, so naturally we were charged full price for something that never left their building. The only reason I'm giving this company 2 stars is because the items we did receive, that worked, were nice but the couple that runs the business are unprofessional, unorganized and will do anything to get as much money out of you as possible. Our family members that were helping us set up were shocked at the whole situation and could not believe they were a professional business.

We used this business for our wedding and they were amazing! They were very communicative and professional during the entire process. They had everything we needed for our wedding and they even came through for us on short notice as well! All delivery and pick ups were on time and all items arrived as they should. This business is very well ran and their prices are extremly resonable. We would highly recommend them in the future for anyone hosting an event.
